These are the general sales conditions ("Conditions") of "GuitarNails". These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of the various parties in relation to your order. It is therefore important that you take the time to carefully read these Terms and Conditions. GuitarNails encourages you to save and / or print these Terms and Conditions, so that you can consult them later.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders that you place via the webshop www.guitarnails.com.
2.2 By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
3.1 GuitarNails endeavors to display products as completely and accurately as possible on its website, in order to enable a proper assessment of the product. If you are of the opinion that the delivered product is not the same as the product displayed on the website, then you can use your right of return as described in article 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 When you place an order via the webshop of GuitarNails you enter into an agreement with GuitarNails. This agreement is established at the moment that GuitarNails has sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
3.3 Only Dutch law is applicable to the agreement that you enter into with GuitarNails.
3.4 An agreement that contains an obvious mistake and / or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding for GuitarNails.
4.1 The price displayed in the webshop at the time of ordering is a total price including all taxes, and if applicable shipping costs.
4.2 You can pay for your order with the online payment methods indicated in the webshop of GuitarNails. In order for your payment to proceed smoothly and safely, GuitarNails makes use of the Dutch payment service provider Mollie.
5.1 GuitarNails endeavors to ship your order as carefully and quickly as possible, but no later than within thirty days, unless another delivery period has been agreed upon, after receipt of full payment.
5.2 Orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified by you. For satisfactory result it is important that you provide your details, such as your name, your e-mail address and the shipping address, correctly and completely. You are responsible for the accuracy of this contact information.
5.3 If you have an order delivered outside the Netherlands, it is possible that the country in question will charge additional charges, such as an import tax. GuitarNails has no influence or control over such import duties and can not therefore be responsible for this. You have to check yourself whether the products you have ordered can be exported to and imported to the relevant country and what the costs are before you place such an order.
5.4 Ownership of the products ordered by you is transferred to you at the moment of receipt of full payment to GuitarNails.
6.1 You have the right to terminate an agreement regarding the purchase of a product without giving any reason during a cooling off period of fourteen days after you have received all products from the order. This concerns the so-called right of return.
6.2 The right of return is intended as a "trial period". It is permitted to carefully unpack and / or use a product to the extent necessary to verify that you want the product, just as you would be allowed to do in a store. (It is not allowed to remove labels etc.) Continued use of the product will affect your refund amount as specified in article 6.6.
6.3 You can use your right of return by reporting this to GuitarNails within the cooling-off period. This can be done by means of the return form or in another unambiguous way, such as by e-mail or by post.
6.4 As soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after the notification referred to in article 6.3, you return the product, if reasonably possible in its original state and packaging, to the address of GuitarNails as stated in article 1.1. The direct costs of returning the product to GuitarNails are for your own account.
6.5 In the event of revocation, GuitarNails will refund the amount paid for the product in question within fourteen days after receipt of the message that you wish to terminate the agreement, but not sooner after GuitarNails has received the product returned, or if you can demonstrate that the product has actually been returned. Shipping costs are not refunded.
6.6 You are only liable for the depreciation of the product that is the result of a way of handling the product that goes further than allowed in article 6.2. GuitarNails will deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded to you.
6.7 The right of return does not apply to products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery. Also products that decay quickly, have a limited shelf life or that after delivery have been irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery are excluded.
7.1 GuitarNails strives to deliver its products and services with the highest possible quality. In the unlikely event that you have complaints, you can contact us via the contact details mentioned in article 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 GuitarNails tries to resolve the complaint in mutual consultation with you within four weeks. When a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, you will be answered within a period of fourteen days with a message of receipt and an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer.
GuitarNails reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on this page, supplemented with the date of the last change. Therefore check this page regularly to see if changes have been made.
